The Silver Mine Ranch is 1,100 beautiful acres in the Post Oak Savannah of Central Texas with hills, lakes and creeks at the end of a 6 mile gravel road about 5 miles north of Harwood. Not only will you get to see great white tailed deer at every outing, but often times javalina, turkey, dove, bobcat, fox, coyote, fallow deer, axis deer or Oryx antelope roaming the wooded hills. Occasionally we have observed a mountain lion stalking a whitetail while sitting in a stand and on several occasions heard them scream in the woods at dark. You'll think you're "a thousand miles from nowhere".
